Detailed Plan: Ambedkarite Leadership Development Program

Title: Samta Yuva Path: 1000 Ambedkarite Youth Leaders

Occasion: 100-Year Celebration of Mahad Satyagraha as World Revolution Day (1927–2027)


1. Program Vision & Purpose

To commemorate 100 years of the Mahad Satyagraha by launching a transformative, nationwide initiative to identify, train, and mentor 1,000 Ambedkarite youth leaders – at least one from each district of India – who will carry forward the legacy of Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar through grassroots work, advocacy, and community organizing.

2. Core Objectives

  • Develop youth leadership rooted in Ambedkarite values and constitutional morality.

  • Build a decentralized, district-wise network of trained leaders.

  • Equip youth with tools for socio-political transformation.

  • Create long-term sustainability for the Ambedkarite movement.


3. Phases of Implementation

Phase 1: Planning & Curriculum Design (Apr–Jul 2026)

  • Form National Advisory Council of 21 members.

  • Design modular curriculum: Ambedkarite Thought, Leadership Skills, Legal Literacy, Digital Tools, Community Organizing.

  • Partner with Ambedkarite scholars, institutions, and trainers.

Phase 2: Pilot Batch of 100 Leaders (Aug–Dec 2026)

  • Select 100 youth from 10 states.

  • Conduct 5 regional residential bootcamps (20 youth each).

  • Evaluate training process and outcomes.

Phase 3: National Launch in Mahad (March 20, 2027)

  • Formal announcement of 1000 Youth Leaders Program during World Revolution Day at Mahad.

  • Torch-passing ceremony symbolizing the continuation of the Ambedkarite revolution.

Phase 4: Full Rollout (Apr 2027 – Mar 2028)

  • Open application process in all 750+ districts.

  • Selection of youth leaders (ages 18–35) with representation from SC, ST, OBC, NT-DNT, women, trans, and religious minorities.

  • 25 state-wise bootcamps (April–December 2027).

  • Distribution of training toolkits (print + digital).

Phase 5: Mentorship, Campaigns & Local Action (2027–2032)

  • Each youth leader paired with an experienced mentor.

  • Launch of district-level projects (e.g., human rights awareness, education rights, caste atrocity monitoring, library building).

  • Annual review summits and learning exchanges.

  • Online knowledge hub and campaign dashboard.

6. Monitoring & Evaluation

7. Sustainability & Impact

  • Formation of District Ambedkarite Youth Collectives.

  • Integration into ongoing Ambedkarite campaigns (e.g., libraries, Samta Parishads).

  • Creation of a permanent online platform for training, updates, and collaboration.

  • Successive cohorts every 5 years with new youth joining the movement.


8. Call to Action

The centenary of Mahad Satyagraha must not be a commemoration alone, but a commitment to future generations. Through the Samta Yuva Path, we will raise 1,000 Ambedkarite torchbearers who will lead the charge for a just and equal India.
